	C5 offers professional medically-trained staff who will be on hand to talk your members through their trauma. Our priority is to make sure your members receive rapid access (5 hours) to medical treatment. They will direct members to the nearest facility anywhere in the country and will also provide professional telephonic counselling as required.

Trauma Benefits:
	24-hour, 365 day a year professional telephonic counselling
	Telephonic counselling for Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome
	Face-to-Face HIV counselling limited to R5000 per incident per annum


	Prevention Benefits:

	Access to 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year communication centre for HIV/Aids Information centre
	Access to 24/7/365 telephonic trauma, advice and counseling centre for exposure to HIV and Rape
	Access to consultations for rape, trauma or potential exposure cases - at an appropriate provider recommended by the communication centre
	Access to 2 blood tests for rape, trauma or potential exposure cases – one immediately on potential infection and a second 3 months later to check sero-conversion
	Access to Anti retroviral therapy, prophylactic therapy, morning after pill and STD therapy to prevent sero-conversion for a period not exceeding 28 days
	D5 Programme – Registration, Management and Treatment if member is HIV + after exposure.
